On-Street Surveys, directly in the shop or on the street in order to check the window dressing,
with PDAs (Personal Digital Assistants). The surveyor can report the most interesting info (price, stock, exhibition, sales incentive, etc…) on PDAs which:
- are handy and easy to use in all logistic conditions, even the most difficult (for example, in particularly crowded sales points),
- easy to take along, most of all for whom has to cover walking routine itineraries,
- guarantee a strong battery autonomy allowing the surveyor to work the whole day with no problems.
It’s possible to combine an
exit survey at retail stores and interviews with salespeople. According to the Customer’s needs, tracking on a group of shops can be made, as well as specific surveys on a specific shop or specific events, such as promotions. The help of PDAs offers
“real time” data consultation. Once achieved all info, our CED (Data Elaboration Center) downloads them on a specific internet website with protected access, allowing the Customer to have a complete portrait of the situation day after day. Alert systems or short result sum-ups can be created and sent directly on the Customer’s mobile.
